MAGIK
- Description: CRM tool deployed on internal webservers with remote access
- Must run on web server with PHP and SQL database
- No limit to number of simultanious users
- Customers must contain following fields: first name, last name, company, title, description, notes, date of action, action type (call, follow-up, letter, other mailing, email, request for information), response, phone, email, address

SLICKy (Still in ideation stage)
- Description: Data manipulation and analysis tool
- Must be able to import delimited and fixed-width data
- Ability to import Excel, Access, SQL, XML, ACL formats
- Summarize report: automatically group and sum/average/high/low on fields
- Externality report: use algorithms to determine what data doesn't fit with the rest
- Pivot tables
